齒輪泵的概念是很簡(jiǎn)單的,即它的最基本形式就是兩個(gè)尺寸相同的齒輪在一個(gè)緊密配合的殼體內(nèi)相互 齒輪泵嚙合旋轉(zhuǎn),這個(gè)殼體的內(nèi)部類似"8"字形,兩個(gè)齒輪裝在里面,齒輪的外徑及兩側(cè)與殼體緊密配合。來自于擠出機(jī)的物料在吸入口進(jìn)入兩個(gè)齒輪中間,并充滿這一空間,隨著齒的旋轉(zhuǎn)沿殼體運(yùn)動(dòng),最后在兩齒嚙合時(shí)排出。
對(duì)于旁路流量控制,不論泵的轉(zhuǎn)速或工作壓力高低,泵總按預(yù)定***值向系統(tǒng)供液,多余部分排回油箱或泵的入口。此方案限制進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)的流量,使其具有***性能。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是,通過回路規(guī)模來控制***調(diào)整流量,降低成本;將泵和閥組合成一體,并通過泵的旁通控制,使回路壓力降至***,從而減少管路及其泄漏。

為使配油盤的接觸應(yīng)力盡可能減小和使缸體與配油盤之間保持液體摩擦,配油盤應(yīng)有足夠的支承面積。為此設(shè)置了輔助支承面,如下圖中D5,D6。輔助支承面上開有寬度為B的通油槽,起卸荷作用。配油盤的總支承面積F為,在工作過的配油盤表面??吹皆诟邏簠^(qū)一側(cè)有明顯的偏磨現(xiàn)象,偏磨會(huì)使缸體與配油盤間摩擦損失增大,泄流增加,油溫升高,油液粘性和潤滑性下降,而影響到泵的壽命。缸體是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的受力體,造成偏磨的原因,除了可能有受力不平衡,使缸體發(fā)生傾倒。下面就缸體受到的主要力矩進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性分析。
