齒輪泵是液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中常用的液壓元件, 在結(jié)構(gòu)上可分為外嚙合齒輪泵和內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵大類。外嚙合齒輪泵的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、尺寸小、重量輕、制造維護(hù)方便、價(jià)格低廉、工作可靠、自吸能力強(qiáng)、對(duì)油液污染不***等。缺點(diǎn)是齒輪承受不平衡的徑向液壓力, 軸承磨損嚴(yán)重, 工作壓力的提高受到限制; 流量脈動(dòng)大, 導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)壓力脈動(dòng)大,噪聲高。內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、尺寸小、重量輕, 并且由于齒輪同向旋轉(zhuǎn), 相對(duì)滑動(dòng)速度小、磨損輕微、使用壽命長、流量脈動(dòng)遠(yuǎn)比外嚙合齒輪泵小, 因而壓力脈動(dòng)和噪聲都比較小。內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵允許使用較高的轉(zhuǎn)速, 可獲得較高的容積效率。
2.馬達(dá)工況:馬達(dá)的作用是將液壓能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)械能.當(dāng)高壓油從馬達(dá)的進(jìn)油口通過配流盤高壓窗口進(jìn)入缸體柱塞孔內(nèi), 推動(dòng)柱塞運(yùn)動(dòng), 由于缸體軸線與主軸軸線成一夾角,液壓力通過連桿作用于主軸上, 產(chǎn)生一個(gè)切向力, 推動(dòng)主軸旋轉(zhuǎn), 輸出扭矩。同時(shí)工作過的油液借助于缸體的慣性旋轉(zhuǎn),被擠出柱塞孔,通過配油盤的低壓窗口,從馬達(dá)排油口排出。

另外還存在材料金相組織穩(wěn)定的問題,眾所周知,鋼在淬火后總是會(huì)有殘余的奧氏體,該體長時(shí)間會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變成密度小的馬氏體。這樣一來,會(huì)使零件尺寸變形,減少間隙。這個(gè)因素基本是估計(jì)不到的。所以,從這個(gè)觀點(diǎn)來看,柱塞采用刃量具鋼為好,或者說采用時(shí)效或者冷處理,來穩(wěn)定金相組織。這個(gè)問題在間隙小時(shí)就顯得尤為重要了。
