以上各種型式的變量機(jī)構(gòu)常常組合使用。例如,圖9.1(a)所示,手動(dòng)變量機(jī)構(gòu)采用杠桿或采用手輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)絲杠,帶動(dòng)斜盤改變傾斜角,如果用可逆電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)絲杠可實(shí)現(xiàn)電動(dòng)變量。圖9.1(b)所示,在伺服閥C端用手輪或杠桿輸入一位移量,稱手動(dòng)伺服變量式;若以電機(jī)或液壓裝置輸入位移量時(shí),則稱電動(dòng)或液動(dòng)伺服變量式;如果輸入的控制信號(hào)量使得泵輸出的功率為常值,則構(gòu)成了壓力補(bǔ)償變量式。再如圖9.1(c)中,用帶有電磁閥的外液壓源控制,可成為遠(yuǎn)程液控變量式;如果用伺服閥控制變量缸,并使泵出口壓力為恒值,可成為恒壓變量型式。
這類泵的設(shè)計(jì)主要是為了滿足行走機(jī)械靜液壓傳動(dòng)的需求,符合行走機(jī)械要求所使用的泵液壓裝置均體積小、重量輕、轉(zhuǎn)速高,而靜液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)又實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,因此在發(fā)展閉式油路用集成化的油泵靜液傳動(dòng)裝置就成為必然的途經(jīng)趨勢(shì)之一,這種結(jié)構(gòu)裝置將閉式系統(tǒng)的所有元件(甚至包括過(guò)濾器)都集成在泵和馬達(dá)上,因而用戶在使用時(shí)只要裝上油箱聯(lián)接兩根管道,就可以使系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)[14-15],降低了難度。

為使配油盤的接觸應(yīng)力盡可能減小和使缸體與配油盤之間保持液體摩擦,配油盤應(yīng)有足夠的支承面積。為此設(shè)置了輔助支承面,如下圖中D5,D6。輔助支承面上開有寬度為B的通油槽,起卸荷作用。配油盤的總支承面積F為,在工作過(guò)的配油盤表面??吹皆诟邏簠^(qū)一側(cè)有明顯的偏磨現(xiàn)象,偏磨會(huì)使缸體與配油盤間摩擦損失增大,泄流增加,油溫升高,油液粘性和潤(rùn)滑性下降,而影響到泵的壽命。缸體是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的受力體,造成偏磨的原因,除了可能有受力不平衡,使缸體發(fā)生傾倒。下面就缸體受到的主要力矩進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性分析。
